Aim

To teach classes, record video classes, to develop content and ensure coordination

Terms and Conditions

The selected candidates should serveat least two years from the date of joining and they have to execute two years service agreement.
There should not be break in the service for two years, to be eligible forall benefits, pay revision, promotion, etc
They shall serve in any branch of CivicCentre, any team or any program of CivicCentre, etc.

Eligibility

UPSC/Group1 experience with at least one mains exam or worked for at least six months at CivicCentre

Selection Procedure : Through MasterCET

Roles and Responsibilities

To teach classes of at least 10 classes a week
Remaining time - content development, review, correction, mentorship, admin, coordination, etc.
Total 50 Working hours in a week (includingteaching and academic or admin)

Training

During training, the following activities will be undertaken to nurture all skills required for CivicCentre. Training Duration is 25 days.
